The site is along Chris Madueke Drive in lekki, rectangular in shape and measures at 912sqm. It is bounded in front by the street and on the remaining sides by other developed plots. The site is currently occupied by an existing building which is to be demolished to give way to our proposed scheme.

After observing all the required building setbacks, the site was zoned into Main Buildings – Two (2) blocks, landscaped plaza and car park area.

In response to the shape of the site, two rows of apartments are arranged along either sides of the plot leaving a plaza in between them where residents can commune.
The car park is located in front of the site for control and also to prevent vehicular activities from reaching the core of the site. The service building is located at the left tip of the site and accessed for services from the street.
