To meet the demands of project developers seeking to maximize their investments, there is a need to accommodate seven (7) apartments into a site measuring just 849sqm.

The schedule of accommodation is composed of 3 terrace units and 4 flats.  We reduced the footprint of the terraces – and are distributed across four levels – so as to leave sizeable space that the flats can occupy.

To give distinction to each apartment, the terrace units are “stacked” next to one another with vertical grooves separating them while the flats are stacked horizontally on top of each other across four floors.

To compensate for limited green area at the ground level, we created green roof to serve as sky garden for the residents. The green roof also comes with its environmental benefits such as absorbing rainwater, providing insulation, and helping to lower urban air temperatures and mitigate the heat island effect.
