The façades feature mainly solid planes and slats to offer upmost privacy to occupants within a mini-estate with close proximity to each other.

Large windows, skylights and openings are used and delicately positioned only in areas where they are required to ensure the interior spaces enjoy quality daylighting and natural ventilation.

Each unit is spread across four (4) levels and features 2 stewards’ rooms, powder room, dining area, wet and dry kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor accommodates the main living area, guest bedroom and a powder room. The cinema, family lounge, box room and two bedrooms occupy the second floor while the entire pent floor is taken up by the master’s suite and a private study.

Communal facilities such as pool and the gym are positioned within the front setback.
